Terms of Service

By creating an account or using this application (“Aptare Global,” “the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Aptare Global helps you match your professional network against target companies and roles, search job postings, draft referral-ask and outreach messages, generate a tailored resume for a specific posting, and track your applications. Some features use AI to generate suggested text, which you review and send yourself — the app never sends messages, applies to jobs, or contacts anyone on your behalf without your explicit action.

• Signup is invite-only, currently through a recruiter already using the platform. Creating an account outside that process, or on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, isn't permitted.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

• You retain ownership of the resume, connections data, and other content you upload. You're granting us only the limited right to process it in order to provide the app's features to you.
• By uploading a LinkedIn connections export, you confirm it's your own export of your own network, and you understand our hard rule (see the Privacy Policy) that this data is never shared with other users.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of what you upload and for having the right to upload it.

You agree not to:

• Use the app to scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data from other users, from LinkedIn, or from any job board or company site beyond what the app's own features do on your behalf.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to a connection when reaching out to them.
• Attempt to access another user's data, account, or connections.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, spam, or mislead anyone you contact through it.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's operation, or attempt to bypass any access or rate limits.

Draft messages, tailored resumes, and other AI-generated text are suggestions based on your own real resume and the job posting you're targeting. We instruct the AI not to invent skills, employers, or achievements — but you are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content for accuracy before you send it, submit it, or rely on it. Nothing is ever sent or submitted automatically; every outreach message and every application remains your own action.

Job postings, “Apply” links, and connected-account features (Google, LinkedIn) involve third-party services we don’t control. We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites or services. Applying to a job takes you to the employer’s or job board’s own site.

We help you find and act on opportunities — we don’t and can’t guarantee that any referral request, application, or outreach message will result in a response, interview, or job offer.

You can delete your account at any time from your Account settings — this is permanent and removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, in particular the acceptable-use rules above.

The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aptare Global and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including outcomes related to job applications, referrals, or content generated by AI features.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If we make a real change to these terms, we’ll update the effective date above and, for a significant change, make reasonable efforts to let you know.
